The NDSM Werf is easy for everyone to reach — on foot, by bike, by public transport, or by car.
Ferry
Take the
free GVB ferry
from
Amsterdam Central Station
to the
NDSM Werf
. The trip takes about
10 minutes
.
The ferry departs
twice per hour
, at
a quarter to
and
a quarter past
the hour, from the docks at the back of Amsterdam Central Station.
For the return trip, the ferry leaves the NDSM Werf
on the hour and at half past
.
On weekdays and only during the day (until
7:45 PM
outbound and
7:22 PM
return), there is another ferry between
Tasmanstraat
in the
Western Docklands
and the
NDSM Werf
.
This ferry leaves
every half hour
, at
.45 and .15 past
the hour, and returns at
.22 and .52
.
The crossing takes only
5 minutes
.
By Bicycle
From the
Buiksloterweg ferry
, follow the bike path along Buiksloterweg and then follow the
signs toward Oostzaan
.
You’ll reach
Klaprozenweg
— follow this for about one kilometre until you reach
Van Riemsdijkweg
.
Turn
left
, then take another
left
, and you’ll soon see the gates of the
NDSM Werf site
.

bus from Amsterdam Central Station

A10 ring road

At the traffic light, go
straight ahead

first right
onto
Van Riemsdijkweg
.
You’ll drive directly onto the festival grounds.
